Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Daylight Hours

Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while closely monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medication and IV fluids, and inspect for injuries or bedsores to deliver appropriate treatments. Collaborate with providers, aides, and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Work M-F daylight hours in Fombell PA with flexible scheduling options for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles. No overtime required, with daily pay available. Requires a current LPN license in the state, CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification, and reliable transportation. Practical trach or ventilator experience is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state position is located
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
