Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Daylight Hours

Job Summary
Provide in-home direct patient care according to the provider's prescribed plan of care while monitoring progress and recovery. Assess and document patient conditions, administer medications and IV fluids, and inspect wounds for infections or bedsores. Change dressings, assist with personal hygiene, and collaborate with providers and allied health professionals to ensure exceptional patient outcomes. Schedule includes M-F daylight hours in Fombell PA with flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN options. Requires current LPN license, CPR/AED/BLS certification, and reliable transportation. Practical trach or ventilator experience preferred. Interim HealthCare supports a patient-centric approach to help patients and families find peace during their most complicated times.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a practical (vocational) nursing program for LPN/LVN
- Current license as a LPN/LVN in the state position is located
- Current unrestricted license to practice as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state associated with this position
- Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
- Reliable transportation to/from care sites and/or work locations
