Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, and complete resident assessments. Accurately document care and clinical observations while monitoring resident conditions and communicating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and deliver compassionate, resident-centered care that promotes comfort, dignity, and quality of life. This full-time day shift role includes flexible scheduling, paid training, and a $12,000 sign-on bonus paid within the first year.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina LPN License
- Current CPR Certification
- Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing program

- Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience
