Maintain nursing care standards to address the physical, psycho-social, and rehabilitative needs of residents in a 151-bed skilled nursing facility. Develop and implement individualized plans of care, recommend patient interventions, and collaborate with healthcare providers to document outcomes. Ensure all residents receive compassionate care while working within a drug-free environment that requires passing pre-employment screening. This role supports clinical excellence and teamwork at Springhill Rehabilitation and Senior Residence, offering day shift coverage for new grads and experienced LPNs.
Required Qualifications
- Passing a pre-employment drug screening
- Current LPN License
