Job Summary
Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) on day shift in Ruston, LA. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assess/monitor patient conditions. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, ambulating) and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a modern facility to support exceptional patient outcomes and a work environment that emphasizes patient care and professional growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current LPN licensure in Louisiana
- 0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to lift and transfer patients as needed
