Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)- Day

Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, and activities of daily living as ordered by physicians and outlined in the plan of care. Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care based on professional standards and facility policies. Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and supervisors regarding resident status while maintaining up-to-date and accurate medical records during your tour of duty. Work 6am to 6pm shifts on assigned units.
