Job Summary
Provide hands-on nursing care per each patient’s plan of care in hospice settings (home and facility). Collaborate with RNs for pain and symptom management; educate, support, and comfort patients and families during end-of-life care; work with an interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure holistic care; flexible scheduling with part-time opportunities; must hold an active Missouri LPN license and have 3+ years of nursing experience.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
- 3+ years of nursing experience (hospice or home health preferred)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
