Job Summary
Provide bedside care to patients including personal hygiene maintenance, record vital signs, and collect health information. Relay information between patients, registered nurses, and physicians, while giving oral medications, injections, and performing urinary catheter insertion. Monitor for changes in patients, test blood sugar levels, and ensure proper charting and documentation of medical records. Maintain patient confidentiality and ask questions for clarification when in doubt. Work full-time or part-time day/night shifts at Creekwood Nursing & Rehabilitation in Russellville.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of LPN experience in a long-term Care Setting
