Job Summary
LPN to provide direct patient care in a correctional healthcare setting at a 13-week contract site in Eddyville, KY. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments as ordered, monitoring and documenting patient conditions, collaborating with healthcare and security staff to ensure safe patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to facility policies and infection control standards. Requires an active Kentucky LPN license and current BLS certification; shift is Days (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM) with every-other-weekend coverage and potential corrections-experience preference.
Required Qualifications
- Active Kentucky LPN License
- Current BLS Certification
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Corrections experience preferred but not required
