Job Summary
Deliver nursing care within the scope of licensure and the Nurse Practice Act, administering medications, IV fluids, and treatments while monitoring resident status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to define individualized care plans, document observations in electronic medical records, and maintain detailed MDS reports. Assess potential hazards to ensure a safe environment and direct certified staff as assigned to meet EverTrue standards of care. Report incidents and accidents in accordance with state and federal regulations. Maintain a current active license and CPR certification, with preference for gerontological nursing experience. Work in a well-lighted environment subject to exposure to infectious waste and emotionally upset residents, requiring the ability to lift 30lbs and stand frequently.
Required Qualifications
- LPN licensure in state of practice
- Must be CPR certified
- Must be able to lift 30lbs
- Must be able to push/pull 50lbs
- Must be willing to work beyond normal working hours
- Must be willing to work on weekends
- Must be willing to work on holidays
