Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with active NJ license sought to work in an assisted living/long-term care setting. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments per physician orders and resident care plans, monitoring residents’ conditions, documenting changes, and collaborating with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Required Qualifications
- Active New Jersey Practical Nurse license in good standing
- Experience in long-term care or assisted living setting is preferred but not required
