Licensed Practical Nurse ( LPN )

Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care based on professional standards. Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration, treatments, and activities of daily living as ordered by physicians. Communicate with residents, family members, physicians, and supervisors regarding resident status while maintaining up-to-date and accurate medical records during your tour of duty. Perform other tasks as required on the assigned unit. Full-time days from 7am to 3pm.
