Job Summary
Evaluate patients and residents to collect data, observe conditions, and report changes. Contribute to nursing assessments and care planning while administering medications and performing treatments per physician orders. Supervise and monitor patient care provided by unlicensed staff under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Full-time or part-time availability includes night shifts and 12-hour rotations. Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing
- Must be currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure
- Must maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility
