Job Summary
Collect required information from new residents, record health details including vitals, and administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, help residents with personal hygiene, and monitor food and liquid intake. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants when required. Maintain a valid LPN state license in good standing with the State Registry and work as a team member. This role is available in full-time, part-time, or per-diem shifts with daily pay and a $5,000 sign-on bonus at a 90-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.
