Collect required information from new Residents during admission. Record health details, including vitals and temperature. Administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants. Assist Residents with dressing and personal hygiene. Monitor food and liquid intake and output. This role requires a valid LPN State license in good standing with the State Registry.
