Job Summary
Deliver nursing care to patients requiring care while collecting data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information to the care team. Work under direct supervision using the state-specific Nurse Practice Act, practice guidelines, and nursing judgment. Direct and supervise care given by other nursing staff members as needed. This one-prn position offers days and nights shifts for licensed LPNs with at least one year of experience in long-term care facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a licensed LPN in good standing with the state
- Reliable transportation
