Job Summary
Collaborate with the Practice Manager to provide clinical and administrative oversight for Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy care operations. Direct daily activities by coaching staff, managing recruitment and training, and implementing organizational policies. Conduct clinical duties including patient assessments, ordering supplies, and performing procedures within state guidelines. Facilitate virtual visits by pre-charting, troubleshooting, and collecting co-pays. Coordinate clinical financial reporting, budget planning, and expense authorization. Maintain communication across practice, clinic, and operational teams while adhering to regulatory requirements. Schedule: 40 weekly hours, Days shift.
Required Qualifications
- High School/GED
- Active state Licensed Practical Nurse (with medication and IV privilege) (LPN)
- BLS Basic Life Support, American Heart Association
Desired Qualifications
- Completion of externship or clinical lab training
- 1 year of recent Medical Assisting experience
