Job Summary
Supervise PC staff and coordinate nursing activities to ensure quality care, while monitoring performance and recommending training or disciplinary action. Develop and implement policies for regulatory compliance, manage resident medical records, and oversee the Staff Scheduler to guarantee 24-hour coverage. Model high standards in attitude and customer service, and coordinate bi-annual CPR and Diabetes classes. Requires current Pennsylvania licensure, 3+ years of supervision experience, and CPR certification. Full-time role at Moravian Hall Square Campus in Nazareth, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing Examiners
- Successful completion of the Medication Technician Train the Trainer certification course within the first 6 months
- 3+ years' nursing supervision experience in Personal Care or related field
- Complete Dementia Specialist certification within the first year of hire
- Must maintain a current CPR certification
- Age 18 and older
- Vaccinated against Influenza
