Job Summary
Supervise CNAs and STNAs while planning, assigning, and directing work aligned with resident needs and staffing levels. Prepare work assignments, adjust for staffing demands, and receive calls to arrange replacements or transfer employees among units. Complete performance evaluations, adjust break schedules, and resolve staff concerns using independent judgment under the direction of the Director of Nursing. Requires current state LPN license and CPR certification. Minimum 1-2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred.
