Job Summary
Supervise CNAs and STNAs while planning, assigning, and directing work aligned with resident needs and staffing levels. Prepare work assignments, adjust for demand, receive staffing calls, arrange replacements, and transfer employees among units as required. Complete performance evaluations for direct care staff, adjust break schedules, and resolve staff concerns using independent judgment under nursing director supervision. Requires current state LPN license and CPR certification; minimum 1-2 years of long-term or sub-acute nursing experience preferred.
