Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Supervise CNAs and STNAs while planning, assigning, and directing work aligned with resident needs and staffing levels. Prepare work assignments, adjust for staffing changes, and manage break schedules to ensure resident safety. Receive staffing calls, arrange replacements, transfer employees among units, and complete performance evaluations for direct care staff. Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. This role provides clinical supervision and ensures continuity of care under the direction of the Director of Nursing.
