Job Summary
Deliver skilled nursing care to residents in a Skilled Nursing setting by administering medications and treatments in accordance with care plans. Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation while observing residents for changes in condition and reporting updates to the care team. Partner with physicians, leadership, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards. Build ongoing relationships with residents and care teams within our supportive senior living community.
Required Qualifications
- Active LPN license in the state of Indiana or a multi‑state license
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in skilled nursing, long‑term care, or healthcare preferred
