Job Summary
Provide nursing leadership to the clinical team assigned to one or more units, directing overall operations to ensure the highest degree of care in accordance with all laws, regulations, and organization standards. Manage daily clinical activities within the 47-bed Skilled Nursing Facility and 20-unit Assisted Living campus, fostering an environment where residents and team members thrive. Work full-time or part-time with an every-other weekend/holiday rotation, earning a starting rate of $26/hr with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time staff. Mileage reimbursement is available for those working at both Aberdeen and Faulkton locations. Required Qualifications
- Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility
- Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC)
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
