Job Summary
Charge Nurse role providing nursing leadership to the clinical team on one or more units in a 46-bed SNF, directing operations to ensure high-quality care in accordance with laws, regulations, and standards. Requires current LPN license (state-specific, unrestricted) and LTC supervisory/management experience. Responsibilities include overseeing nursing practices, coordinating care, ensuring regulatory compliance, and guiding the clinical team. Shift differential applies for nights and weekends; flexible full-time, part-time, or PRN overnight options are available. Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in applicable state with no restrictions
