Job Summary
Charge Nurse leading the clinical team on one or more units in a 46-bed skilled nursing facility. Provide nursing leadership to direct operations and ensure the highest quality of care in accordance with laws, regulations, and organization standards. Requires a current LPN license with no restrictions and relevant supervisory/management experience in long-term care to oversee nursing practices, compliance, and day-to-day patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Hold current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license.
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and the applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility.
- Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC).
