Job Summary
Charge Nurse/LPN for a 44-bed Skilled Nursing Facility in Aurelia, IA. Provides nursing leadership to the clinical team on one or more units and directs overall operations to ensure the highest quality of care in compliance with laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Must hold a current LPN license with applicable state, unrestricted or ability to obtain. Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care required. Full-time, NOC shifts with starting pay at $28/hour (higher with experience); sign-on bonus available ($2,500 FT, $1,000 PT). Required Qualifications
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with applicable state, without restrictions, and/or ability to obtain a state-specific license
- Supervisory/management experience in Long Term Care (LTC)
- Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures and applicable state laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility
- Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation
