Job Summary
Conduct primary health care support by administering injections, performing routine specimen collection, and measuring vital signs. Interview patients regarding medical concerns, review physician orders, and communicate test results while documenting in Electronic Health Records. Collaborate with the clinical care team to address gaps in care, assist in patient assessments, and facilitate improved clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Maintain a clean work area and ensure patient confidentiality in alignment with HIPAA regulations. Respond to patient phone calls and assist with application forms as needed. Full-time Monday through Thursday and Friday shifts; Columbus, OH.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Current Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Licensure
