Job Summary
Collect required information from new residents during admission, record health details including vitals and temperature, and administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing, and monitor food and liquid intake and output. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) when required. This role is Full Time on Evening and Weekend shifts at Bronx Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare, a 200-bed skilled nursing facility offering daily pay. Valid LPN State license and good standing with the State Registry are required.
