Job Summary
Collecting admission information from new residents, recording health details including vitals and temperature, and administering medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene, and monitor food and liquid intake and output. Requires a valid NY State LPN license in good standing with the State Registry. Full-time or part-time positions available with a base rate of $28.33–$31.90 plus a $0.75 evening and night shift differential. Located in Minoa, NY, at an 82-bed skilled nursing facility offering tuition reimbursement, two-tiered insurance, and daily pay.
