Job Summary
Collect required information from new residents, record health details including vitals and temperature, and administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, assist residents with personal hygiene, and monitor food and liquid intake and output. Work all shifts including day, evening, and night to support daily operations at this 120-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work as a team member
- Valid LPN State license
- Must be in good standing with State Registry
