Job Summary
Collect required information from new residents during admission, record health details including vitals and temperature, and administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, assist residents with dressing and personal hygiene, and monitor food and liquid intake and output. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants when required. Work full-time on day and overnight shifts with daily pay available. Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry are mandatory. Hope Center provides rehabilitation and skilled nursing services focused on recovery and a dignified environment.
