Job Summary
Collect required information from new residents during admission, record health details including vitals and temperature, and administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, supervise Certified Nursing Assistants, assist residents with personal hygiene, and monitor food and liquid intake and output. This role requires a valid LPN state license in good standing with the State Registry and the ability to work as a team member. Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem shifts are available with a base rate of $33.85 plus a 10% shift differential for evenings and nights, including a $5,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay access. Far Rockaway Center is a 100-bed rehabilitation and skilled nursing facility dedicated to maintaining resident dignity and independence.
