Job Summary
Provide nursing care to residents in a 77-bed skilled nursing facility located near New Paltz. Responsibilities include administering medications and injections, collecting health information for admissions, recording vitals and temperature, monitoring intake/output, treating wounds/bedsores, assisting residents with personal hygiene, and supervising CNAs when required. Maintain accurate health records and collaborate with the care team to support resident well-being. Flexible schedules offered for Full-Time or Part-Time status with shift differentials for evenings and nights.
Required Qualifications
- Must have NY State LPN license
- In good standing with State Registry
- Must be able to work as a team member
