Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in New Paltz, NY. Responsibilities include collecting information from new Residents for admission, recording health details including vitals, administering medications and injections, wound care and dressing, supervising CNAs as needed, assisting Residents with dressing and personal hygiene, and monitoring intake/output. Two-tiered insurance, tuition reimbursement, and shift differentials for evenings/nights are offered. Flexible schedules for Full-Time or Part-Time status. Must have a valid NY LPN license and be in good standing with the State Registry.
