Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in New Paltz, NY. Provide skilled nursing care including administering medications and injections, recording health details and vital signs, dressing wounds, supervising CNAs as needed, assisting residents with personal care, and monitoring intake/output. Competitive base pay $28.33–$31.90/hour with evening/night shift differential, $5,000 sign-on bonus, Daily Pay option, tuition reimbursement, and comprehensive benefits. Flexible schedules available for Full-Time or Part-Time status within a 77-bed skilled nursing facility; growth opportunities within Centers Health Care. Must hold an active NY LPN license and be in good standing with the State Registry, and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
