Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) needed at New Paltz Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare in New Paltz, NY. Duties include collecting required information from new Residents to be admitted, recording health details (including vitals & temperature), administering medications and injections, treating and dressing wounds and bedsores, may supervise Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), helping Residents with dressing and personal hygiene, and monitoring residents’ food and liquid intake/output.
