Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Provide patient care in accordance with accepted standards of nursing practice, the written plan of care, and the physician's plan of treatment. Implement individualized care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and interdisciplinary team. Perform medication administration and prescribed treatments while monitoring residents' conditions and reporting changes promptly. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and regulatory standards. Support a safe, respectful, and therapeutic environment for residents and their families. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available at Cedar View Rehabilitation, a 106-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility. Salary ranges from $30 to $39 an hour with PIB and shift differentials.
