Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Coordinate, oversee, and provide resident-related care while administering medications and treatments per physician orders. Manage medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of items per policy. Document care using computerized medication administration and charting software. Notify clinical managers, physicians, and families of significant condition changes and take follow-up action. Monitor nursing personnel on duty during the assigned shift. Maintain a courteous attitude and respect for all residents, families, and staff. Work part-time days (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) or evenings (2:30 PM - 11:00 PM) at Redeemer Health Care Center in Minneapolis.
