Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Collect required information from new residents during admission, record health details including vitals and temperature, and administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, help residents with personal hygiene, and monitor food and liquid intake and output. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants when necessary. This role requires a valid LPN state license in good standing with the State Registry and the ability to work as a team member. Full-time and part-time shifts are available, including 3-11 and 11-7 rotations, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and daily pay.
