Job Summary
Collect required information from new residents, record health details including vitals and temperature, and administer medications and injections as needed. Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, assist residents with personal hygiene and dressing, and monitor food and liquid intake and output. Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants when required. This role is available in 3-11 and 11-7 shifts for full-time, part-time, or per-diem positions at Carthage Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing, a 90-bed facility in Carthage, NY. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus, daily pay, evening and night shift differentials, and a two-tiered insurance plan with tuition reimbursement. Valid LPN state license and good standing with the State Registry are required.
