Job Summary
Provide compassionate nursing care to residents in Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Memory Care settings while monitoring conditions and reporting significant changes. Assist with assessments, care planning, treatments, and procedures, and administer medications within scope of practice. Educate residents and families regarding care plans and document assessments, interventions, and responses accurately. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support positive resident outcomes and ensure care is delivered safely in accordance with regulatory requirements. Work nights from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM as part of a three 12-hour shift rotation with one 6-hour shift each week.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Practical Nursing
- Current, unrestricted Georgia LPN license (or compact license eligible for practice in Georgia)
- Current CPR certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required per policy
- Three (3) 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM to 7:00 AM)
- One (1) 6-hour shift each week
- Every other weekend rotation
- Location: Carlyle Place, part of Atrium Health Navicent, in northwest Macon, Georgia
