Job Summary
Provide care activities for patients as directed in their care plans while utilizing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and Electronic Clinical Documentation to streamline workflow. Deliver high-quality patient care with a focus on timely, professional, and courteous service using your smartphone for easy documentation. Maintain current LPN licensure in Georgia, hold a valid CPR and First Aid certification, and pass the Medication Proficiency Exam. Complete CareMaster Registry requirements and attend annual evaluations. This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $35-$40 with weekly payroll and flexible scheduling for in-home medical and attendant care in the Griffin, GA area.
Required Qualifications
- Current LPN license in the state of Georgia
- Current CPR certification card
- Annual PPD report
- Proof of Citizenship (Social Security Card, for example)
- Passing Medication Proficiency Exam
- Completion of CareMaster Registry requirements
- CPR certification
