Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides nursing care to patients/significant others via direct and/or telephone contact, coordinates with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery and patient participation in planning and care, assists physicians with clinical procedures, and participates in patient teaching. Requires NYS LPN license/registration and vaccination per policy. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 am–5:00 pm at Fishkill, NY or Jefferson Valley, NY locations; physical demands include lifting up to 100 pounds and standard clinic responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing.
- New York State (NYS) license with current NYS registration, in good standing.
- COVID vaccination policy: full COVID-19 vaccination required.
