Job Summary
Deliver one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without constant interruptions. Support patients with complex needs such as G-tubes, trachs, or vents, working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership for clear direction and oversight. Maintain patient safety by adhering to CDC guidelines and utilizing provided PPE, while utilizing the employee portal to request shifts that fit your schedule and preferences. This role offers a $500 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, weekly pay, and a flexible schedule with 24/7 on-call clinical support.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
