Job Summary
Provide dedicated, one-on-one care for pediatric patients with high acuity needs in the home, utilizing clinical judgment to build consistent relationships with children and families. Manage G-tube, trach, and vent care while adhering to CDC safety guidelines with PPE provided for every visit. Maintain active Florida LPN licensure, current BLS CPR certification, and TB testing, with training available for Alzheimer's care and respiratory support from on-staff respiratory therapists. Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- G-tube, trach, vent experience, or willing to train
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
