Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain clear plans of care under RN oversight and utilize the employee portal to request shifts that fit your schedule and preferences. Support patients with specific needs such as G-tubes, trachs, or vents, or train in these areas as required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Delaware LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical within one year
- PPD or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course (provided at no cost if needed)
- Hour DOEA Alzheimer's Video (provided free of cost on DOEA website)
