Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care for pediatric patients in home settings, working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines while utilizing provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Maintain active Florida LPN licensure and current BLS CPR certification, alongside required TB testing and Alzheimer's training. Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
