Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in home settings, focusing fully on individual needs while working closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership. Deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines using provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer, within clear plans of care that ensure nurse safety and success. This role offers stability and support through 24/7 on-call clinical guidance and a preceptor program for those with G-tube, trach, or vent experience. Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
