Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, supporting behavioral health needs through redirection and structured environments. Collaborate closely with registered nurses and clinical leadership to deliver care aligned with CDC safety guidelines and clear plans of care. Manage cases involving G-tube, trach, or vent needs, with training available for those willing to expand experience. Maintain a valid Pennsylvania LPN license, current physical, and BLS CPR certification while working a flexible schedule with 24/7 on-call support. Earn a $100 sign-on bonus and receive comprehensive benefits including PTO, medical coverage, and CEU credits.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Pennsylvania LPN License or Multistate License
- Physical from within three years
- PPD or Chest X-Ray
- Valid BLS CPR card (obtained in person not online)
- Valid driver's license
- G-tube, trach, vent experience or willing to train
