Job Summary
Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in the home, focusing fully on each child without juggling multiple assignments. Deliver care with confidence and consistency while working closely with a registered nurse and clinical leadership under clear plans of care. Maintain patient safety by following CDC guidelines and utilizing provided PPE, including masks, gloves, and hand sanitizer. Support meaningful patient relationships within a team designed for stability and nurse success.
Required Qualifications
- Current, active Florida LPN license
- Current BLS CPR card (obtained in-person, not online)
- TB Skin Test (PPD) or TB Blood Test (QF)
- Alzheimer's training - 2 Hour DOEA Approved Course
